The apartment had new kitchen and wardrobe fittings. Walkable to St Kilda eateries and beach. Good size for our party of six. Daily room servicing was good. Reasonable shower pressure.

Close to everything - Being so close to the tram and within walking distance to St Kilda beach was convenient. It made exploring the city and enjoying the beach easy. The hotel facilities were also excellent with a sauna, gym, and more, although I unfortunately didn't have the chance to experience them during my short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. the cleanliness of the room was perfect, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

The location of the serviced apartments is ideal, with its close proximity to supermarkets and easy access to major tram lines. It is also conveniently located near the city center, allowing guests to easily explore the vibrant lanes and attractions.
Some maintenance issues were reported, such as broken toilet door handle and non-functioning hairdryer.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location. Right by the tram stop, it makes getting around the city a breeze. Additionally, the staff here are fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. Another great feature is the attention to detail. The rooms are well-appointed with good facilities, and the walls near the entrances are adorned with interesting artwork that adds a nice touch.
